Price Matching / Price Policy
We pride ourselves in offering some of the lowest prices on the Internet for our products. As a result, we do not practice price matching.For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. Prices are not negotiable.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within Colorado will be charged the applicable sales tax rate.
Money Back Guarantee- Refund period
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days in original packaging from the original invoice date for a refund. Items must NOT be unpacked or opened. If parts are missing from returned items, your refund may be denied. tandrtrailer.com\ does not pay for return shipping charges unless the merchandise recieved was not the merchandise on the order invoice. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returns at the descretion of tandrtrailer.com.
1. tandrtrailer.com Satisfaction Guarantee
tandrtrailer.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:
- Products that were ordered in error. It is up to you, the purchasing customer, to properly choose the products you need. tandrtrailer.com is not responsible for incorrectly ordered items.
- If a claim is made that an item is damaged, tandrtrailer.com will not credit a refund until the item is recieved by us and confirmed to be defective.
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
However, If you items were delivered to you damaged or missing parts, it is your responsibility to inform the UPS delivery person that you would like the packages sent back. Therefore, upon delivery of your packages, you must inspect the boxes and contents before the driver leaves. Failure to do so may result in our inability to replace and/or refund your items.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.
Technical Assistance
For most products, you may contact the Customer Service Department at tandrtrailer.com for assistance. In some cases, tandrtrailer.com may refer you to other sources for assistance.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. While tandrtrailer.com strives to process and ship your items as soon as possible, tandrtrailer.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Rush Processing
tandrtrailer.com will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:
- Order is submitted before 12 noon MST.
- Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 12:30PM MST.
- Your credit card billing address matches the billing address you supplied to us through our checkout process.
- Note: Rush Processing does NOT apply to Pre-Paid Check orders.

Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please contact us to receive information on the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.
Order Status
tandrtrailer.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be available to you in the "Account Manager" area of the website, once the item has shipped. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available until the next business day.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using OUR secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hours to change your order. You will need to have your order number ready. Any change order requests received via Email may not be received in time, and tandrtrailer.com will not be responsible if such email requests are not seen in time.
Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed nd shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days. Any cancel order requests received via Email may not be received in time, and tandrtrailer.com will not be responsible if such email requests are not seen in time.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PROCESSED ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED BEFORE SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER WILL BE ASSESSED A 10% CANCELLATION FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sales Tax
All customers outside of Colrado will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
Volume Discounts
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer volume or wholesale discounts. tandrtrailer.com currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for you to take advantage.

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from tandrtrailer.com ("tandrtrailer.com, T&R Trailer Mfg, Inc."), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and tandrtrailer.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and tandrtrailer.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from tandrtrailer.com.
1. WARRANTIES
tandrtrailer.com is a distributor only. Products sold by tandrtrailer.com are not manufactured by tandrtrailer.com. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). tandrtrailer.com assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. tandrtrailer.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. tandrtrailer.com DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES tandrtrailer.com'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. tandrtrailer.com SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. tandrtrailer.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT tandrtrailer.com IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms, Orders: An order is not binding upon tandrtrailer.com until it is accepted; tandrtrailer.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with tandrtrailer.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the tandrtrailer.com invoice.
Title, Risk of Loss: tandrtrailer.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. tandrtrailer.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow tandrtrailer.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit tandrtrailer.com to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). tandrtrailer.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but tandrtrailer.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between tandrtrailer.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. tandrtrailer.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Colorado, Otero County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against tandrtrailer.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability:
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Colorado law.
Waiver:
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions, together with the tandrtrailer.com's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between tandrtrailer.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between tandrtrailer.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
